Product leader & independent builder

Complex technology.
Useful products.

I’m Kanha Narla. I turn AI capabilities into products people can put to work, from developer tools and customer support to the app I built myself.

13 years across Autodesk, Glassdoor, Intercom and Genies.
Now building CurbScout.

The decisions behind the product.

Four projects. Different problems.
The same commitment to making it work.

01 Genies/AI developer product

Making generated assets
useful beyond the demo.

I led Art Forge from product definition to its initial release, focusing the first version on wearables developers could use and customize.

02 Intercom/AI adoption & customer workflows

Better AI support starts
with better questions.

I proposed guided setup and an assisted-support interaction to help small businesses bring essential knowledge into Fin.

03 Genies × Webtoon/Partner integration & growth

A partner deployment.
A reason for readers to return.

I owned the Genies product work for Webtoon end to end, connecting reader engagement goals with the experience, identity integration, and launch.

04 CurbScout/Independent product

An idea I took
all the way to the App Store.

I built and run a street-parking app using Claude Code, translating messy location data and navigation constraints into a consumer experience.

How I work

Start with the
person doing
the work.

01

Find the real obstacle.

At Intercom, customer conversations revealed knowledge gaps that customers struggled to fill through documentation alone. I proposed directed questions to make those gaps easier to fill.

02

Make the tradeoff explicit.

Two weeks before GDC, complex Art Forge assets still failed rigging checks. I narrowed the launch scope so developers received assets they could use.

03

Stay close after launch.

For Webtoon, launch was the start of the measurement loop. We looked at visits per reader and the partner’s episode-retention tests to understand whether the experience brought people back.

A little about me

A product thinker
who likes to build.

I’ve worked across product and technical program roles at Genies, Intercom, Glassdoor, and Autodesk. I’m most engaged when I can stay close to customers, work through difficult tradeoffs with engineering and design, and own the result.

Building CurbScout independently has brought that loop even closer: define the problem, build the experience, and live with the details. AI tools have changed how much I can build myself. They haven’t changed my responsibility for what ships.
